Bellaire is a city in the southwest portion of Harris County, Texas. It was founded in 1908 by William Wright Baldwin, who envisioned the area as an agricultural trading center and retreat from the nearby city of Houston. Today, the city is nicknamed “City of Homes” due to its residential nature and history.
